Boys Junior Varsity Baseball

Chuck Nesley:  Coach Nesley enters in to his eighth season as a baseball coach at Owen J. Roberts High School.  Prior to serving in his current capacity as the varsity assistant, coach Nesley served as the head 9^th grade coach at OJR for three years.  He is a 1999 graduate of OJR, where he played football, wrestling and baseball.  He played for Coach Gilbert in the ’98 and ’99 seasons.  In those two seasons they won two Pac-10 titles and only lost one league game.  Coach Nesley was a starting outfielder and also contributed on the pitcher’s mound and behind the plate when needed.  In addition, he played for the Norchester Legion teams and was part of a Junior Legion State Championship in 1995 and a State Runner –up finish in 1996.  After graduation, he went on to play football at Dickinson College starting four years at Linebacker.  Coach Nesley is a proud lifelong member of the Owen J. Roberts Community.  He lives with his wife Laura and two daughters, Madison and Lorelei and a new son Chuck III.
