Hello Wildcat wrestlers! Don’t forget, we’ll be working out throughout the summer to help prepare you for this upcoming season. Summer lifting will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 7:00-8:00 AM in the high school weight room. If you can’t come to our workouts but you’d like to follow our program please contact Coach Brilla (email@example.com). Additionally, we will be getting on the mat one night a week at Pottstown High School from 6:00-7:30 on Wednesday nights in the Field House of the Pottstown stadium.
