July Summer Training Schedule
This is just a suggested training plan for July. I know that everyone is at a different fitness level, so if this needs to be modified, that is okay! If needed, aim to take walk breaks in the time spent running or shorten the minutes you are running. The key is just to keep up consistent training and enjoy it. Be sure to stay hydrated in these hot summer months and get out early to run. The goal is to stay injury free and enjoy it! Coach Hoagland
