2024 Cross Country Season Information
2024 Cross Country Guidelines- This provides helpful information regarding the season in the fall.
2024 Summer Training Schedule- There are no practices in the summer but athletes are encouraged to follow this plan as best as possible. They are encouraged to find a friend who is also running to work out with, which can make things much easier and more pleasant :)
Physical, Registration, and Impact Test Information: This must be completed prior to the start of the season and all information can be found on this link.
